• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Cancellation, Late, and No-Show Policies

A. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

Clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to retain their deposit.

B. Same-Day Cancellations

• Deposit is forfeited.

• A $25 same-day cancellation fee is required before rebooking.

C. No-Show Policy

• No-shows result in 100% of the service cost being due before any future appointments can be scheduled.

D. Repeated Violations

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations may result in refusal of future services.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds are offered on services.

• If you are unsatisfied or experience an issue, we will provide one correction or adjustment where appropriate at no additional cost.
