🔥 Lash Fix Policy:
Cluster lashes come with a 5-day complimentary fix. Please reach out within 5 days if needed.
🌿 Brazilian Touch-Up Rule:
Only book the Brazilian Touch-Up if you were waxed within the last 1–3 weeks.
🚫 Allergy Notice:
Brow Henna contains tree-nut ingredients and is not recommended for nut or latex allergies.
✨ Waxing Prep:
For the best results, exfoliate gently the night before your waxing appointment.
Additional Service Warnings:
• Lashes: Hypoallergenic glue available for clients with latex allergies or sensitive eyes.
• Brow Lamination: Not recommended if using Retinol, AHA/BHA, or if the skin is very dry.
• Brow Tint: PPD-free tint available for clients allergic to hair dye.
📅 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
I understand that things happen — if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
• Less than 24-hour notice:
A fee of 50% of the service total will be charged.
• No-call / No-show:
You will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future booking.
• Late arrivals (10–15+ minutes late):
Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and is subject to the late cancellation fee.
• Same-day rescheduling:
Considered a cancellation and follows the 24-hour policy.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all booking policies.
